  • How do I package my laundry for pickup?
    Items can be placed in 13 gallon, kitchen trash bags (non-stretch) for your first pickup. For recurring pickups, please use Laundry Care branded reusable bags available to purchase for $3.92 each upon request. All bags must be able to close completely with the drawstring. If a bag is unable to close or over stuffed, a overage charge may apply. To avoid overage charges, be sure your filled bag is able to close completely and no loose items are left outside of the bag. If you include items require any special processing (i.e. gentle wash cycle * air dry * hand wash * stain treatment * etc.), please be sure to tell your driver or let us know in the “Laundry Preferences” section of the order form.
  • Do I need to sort my laundry or pre-treat stains?
    Nope. Simply fill the bag before pickup and we will take it from there. We sort all lights and darks into separate piles and pre-treat stains before items go in the washer. Let us know if you have garments that require special processing such as cold wash, air-dry, low heat drying cycle, etc. **Please be sure to check your pockets for personal items before filling the bag. We will do our best to check, but your help is appreciated!
  • Do I need to be home for my laundry pickup?
    Nope! You don’t need to be present for your laundry pickup or delivery. Bags can be left outside your home in a secure place like your front porch or garage.
  • Do I need to send hangers?
    Up to 25 hangers are provided free with every order. Additional hangers are charged at $0.10 each. If you’d like us to use your personal hangers simply include them in a separate bag with your wash & fold items.
  • Are there items I should not include with my dirty laundry?
    We clean clothes and garments (shirts, pants, dresses, socks, etc.), as well as household items such as towels, pillows, sheets and blankets- that are able to fit in a standard washer and dryer. If you have large items (such as a king size comforter) OR an item that requires dry cleaning, please contact us to confirm service availability. We are unable to process items contaminated with urine, feces or blood, in addition to items exposed to bugs.
  • How will my clean items be organized?
    We do our best to organize items by garment/ item type and size to make it easy to put away. If there’s a particular way you’d like us to organize your clean laundry let us know in the “Laundry Preferences” field on the order form.
